FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

We have a number of payment methods. Choose the one that is most convenient to you. The options are:

Credit Card, Debit Card, Paytm.

You can also pay through UPI, our payment gateway service provider within India.

Yes, we do have the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment method. COD charges are 25rs extra over to normal delivery charges.

SquareBag website does not have any option to cancel an order once the payment is made

You can return a product in the following two scenarios:
  1. A product is damaged, possibly in transit. While SquareBag does have a highly stringent Quality Control Check; however, at times, a few hitches might go unnoticed.
  2. Mismatched product delivered, in terms of style / size.

If you want to return the product for any other reason apart from the above  mentioned ones, please get in touch at info.squarebag@gmail.com within 48 hours from the receipt of delivery.

Step 1

You can email us at info.squarebag@gmail.com and mention the details of the return within 2 working days.

Step 2

Once your Returns Request is validated, we will send you an email authorizing a return, ( Kindly pack the parcel carefully so that product does not get damaged in transit). A convenient date will be scheduled for the reversal pick up.

In a rare case, due to logistical constraints, if we are unable to collect a return and you’ve arranged for the same, you will be reimbursed your shipping costs. Remember, we must receive the package within 10 days of us sending the authorizing email. If the pick-up is being arranged by us via one of our authorized courier partners, kindly facilitate the handover from your delivery address within 48 hours of receipt of the authorization email.

Step 3

After receiving the package, we will inspect the same. Once approved as an eligible return by our Quality Assurance Team, Your refund/ replacement request will be processed. Your returns issue will be closed within 10 days of our receiving the return package from you.

SquareBag only stores information that is uploaded by you during the registration process, along with shared comments, conversations and interactions with other members on the website. No information such as credit / debit card details or online bank account information, etc., is stored in our database. These details are directly entered by you into the bank payment gateways, which are 100% secure. We do not handle this sensitive data or store it.

Local orders with in Mumbai – 3-4 working days.
Regional and National orders – 5 to 7 working days.
Please note that Sundays and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries.
These time lines are indicative and may vary based on the exact location and season.
