Return & Exchange
SquareBag does not accept returns or make exchanges unless the product is damaged from our end.
In case of a genuine reason for the exchange of a product, please email us at care@squarebag.in within 24 hours days of receiving your order. We will handle these exchanges on a case-by-case basis.
In the event that we have approved of an exchange for an order, the customer is responsible for couriering the product to our address in Mumbai within 3 working days. Please ensure the product is returned in its complete packaging to be eligible for an exchange. We will use our discretion to deem if the product is eligible for exchange. Once deemed eligible, a replacement will be couriered to you. The refund is not issued.
If we are unable to replace the product as it is out of stock, we will provide you with a discount code that can be used against any future purchase on www.squarebag.in
Please note that shipping charges will not be refunded.
Damage Products
In the event that a product reaches damaged, please email us at care@squarebag.in within 24 hours of receiving your order along with images of the damaged product and we will help replace the product or provide store credit for the same
