Shipping Policy
Currently, we are shipping within India only and use reliable courier companies You can reach us at care@squarebag.in between Monday-Saturday, 11 am-7 pm in case of any queries. You will receive an email and/or text message with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. We deliver to most parts of India within 3-7 days. While we use reputable couriers and work around the clock to ensure your order reaches you on time, SquareBag cannot be held responsible for shipping delays due to natural disasters, strikes, bank holidays, or situations beyond our control. .
Cancellations
Orders once placed cannot be canceled or changed once it has been dispatched.
Placing a Cash-on-Delivery (COD) Order
- When prompted to choose a Payment Option, select “Pay By Cash-on-Delivery”
- You will be required to make a Cash payment (no cheque or DD will be accepted) to our Courier Partner at the time of delivery.
- For Cash on Delivery orders packages cannot be opened until complete payment has been made to the Logistic representative.
- For any COD orders there will be 25Rs extra charges over and above Prepaid shipment charges.
