Shipping Policy
We work with reputed third party courier companies to deliver your orders across major pin codes in India. In the rare case that our courier partners do not service your location we work with India Post. We will confirm this with you before we process your order.
Shipping Charges are based on the weight of the order.
All orders are processed from our own warehouse in Thane, Maharshtra. Orders may not be changed or cancelled once orders are shipped.
Once your order is shipped, we will text you your tracking number along with information about the shipping partner. Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package two times before they return it to us. Please provide accurate and complete shipping address including Pin code and a mobile number. This will help us in delivering your order faster.
Placing a Cash-on-Delivery (COD) Order
1. When prompted to choose a Payment Option, select “Pay By Cash-on-Delivery”
2. You will be required to make a Cash payment (no cheque or DD will be accepted) to our Courier Partner at the time of delivery.
3. For Cash on Delivery orders packages cannot be opened until complete payment has been made to the Logistic representative.
4. For any COD orders there will be 25Rs extra charges over and above Prepaid shipment charges.
