1) Read a book in your favourite space: Reading a book in your favourite space is a great way to relax and recharge. Find a cozy spot where you feel most at ease. This special area becomes a peaceful retreat for losing yourself in a book, away from life’s hustle, offering an undisturbed reading experience.
2) Take a walk at your favourite park: Going for a walk in your favourite park is a nice way to relax. It’s good to be outside, breathe fresh air, and see the trees and birds. Walking there helps you feel calm and forget about stress for a while.
3) Meditate for at least 20 minutes: Meditating for 20 minutes every day is a simple way to feel calmer and less stressed. It’s like giving your mind a break from all the noise and worries. This short time spent in quiet can help you feel more focused and balanced in your day-to-day life.

Continue this pattern until you notice your heart rate calming down or returning to its normal pace. This is my favourite way to quickly relieve stress and calm my mind back down.
